In June 2004 two of Queensland’s most accomplished planning lawyers Andrew Davis and Cliff Wirz established IPA LAW and they continue to be proactive Directors of the growing firm.

Between them, Andrew and Cliff have more than 32 years experience in planning and environment law. Together, they have practised law for 38 years. During that time their clients have included many major representatives of the property and development industries, as well as councils and statutory authorities.

Our directors’ depth of experience, in addition to their dual qualifications in law and urban planning, enables Andrew and Cliff to provide exceptional advice and support to our clients.
